Inquiry to delivery usually ranges from 4-6 weeks depending on our current queue. Processes can take longer depending on how quickly the client provides us with their requested revisions. You get the first versions of your logo within about 2 weeks.

Each step of the design process includes 2 revisions. So if you don't like your initial designs, that's fine! We can go back to the drawing board for a new round of logos. After you choose a concept, you have another 2 revisions to tweak it to your liking. When you have perfected your primary logo, we'll send you your alternate variations, where you'll have another 2 revisions.

Absolutely. Our goal is to be a team that knows your brand so well, that it's an easy place to return for future marketing work of all kinds. If you need graphics in the future, we offer per-project pricing and retainer rates depending on your unique needs.

Your logo and all of your variations are delivered via a drive software. That may be Google Drive or Dropbox. We'll also upload your files to a gallery on your portal for safekeeping of the PNG & JPEG versions. It is your responsibility thereafter to back up your designs. We are not required to safeguard them or keep any project files following delivery.
